1. I have a product question. What do I do?

Please contact our Customer Service department by calling us at 800-347-9800 , or by emailing us via this form . Customer Service hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 7:00, and Friday 8:00 - 6:00.

2. I can’t find the product I’m looking for. How do I find it?

If you cannot find a specific product, it is likely not categorized under the facility in which you are searching. To search our General Catalog, use the drop down menu on the left side of the page, and select General Catalog, which is the first choice in the menu.

3. How do I request an account?

In order to be eligible for an account, you must be an RCP customer (distributor/wholesaler), vendor/partner, or media outlet. If you fit this category, please click here to fill out a form.

If you are not yet a customer but would like to become one, please contact our sales department at 540-667-8700.

If you are an RCP employee, you should automatically have an account that matches your Newell Rubbermaid network account.

4. What if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password, please click here to fill out a form. Once you submit the form, a representative will email you your password within two business days.

5. What do I do if I log in and nothing happens or I get an error saying “The page cannot be displayed”?

If this occurs and you are an RCP employee accessing the site remotely, you must establish your Newell Corporate VPN connection prior to entering your username and password.
