Announcing the New Ranger® from Rubbermaid Commercial Products
High-Capacity Waste Management with Aesthetic Appeal
Winchester, VA (June 1, 2007) – Rubbermaid Commercial Products announces the newly redesigned line of Ranger® outdoor waste containers. For more than 30 years, Ranger® has been the first choice for waste management professionals who need a durable, high-capacity solution for waste management. The new Ranger® containers offer a contemporary design, innovative features, and a selection of high-capacity sizes for efficient waste management.
“The typical waste receptacle in a high-traffic area can be emptied anywhere from four to twelve times per day,” said Clay Richey, Product Manager. “The new 65-gallon Ranger® has the largest capacity of any Rubbermaid Commercial Products waste container. High capacity means fewer trips are required to empty the container, thereby improving productivity. Ranger® containers are the ideal solution for large public areas such as stadiums, parks, and shopping malls, where high-traffic waste management in stylish, yet durable containers, is a necessity.”
The new Ranger® is designed with several features to help improve waste collection efficiency, including metal bag retainers that eliminate the need to tie knots in can liners, and durable, permanently attached hinged lids for easy waste removal. Ranger® containers are available in three sizes: 35-gallon, 45-gallon, and the new 65-gallon capacity. The 45-gallon and 65-gallon models offer two lid styles: four open sides or two hinged doors. A pedestal base ring is also standard on the 45-gallon and 65-gallon containers for stability and security.
